FAQ

1. Wash and dry your face before each treatment-session to remove oil and makeup, place the mask on your face, and adjust it to a suitable place.
2. Link the device to your phone or tablet.
3. The red and blue light will alternately work.

Note:

If you find that the remote control button does not respond, please reconnect the phone or check if the USB cable is connected.

Warning:

1. DO NOT use it if pregnant, although it is not 100% confirmed to have any adverse effects while pregnant, it is still recommended not to use it.
2. It is forbidden to use if you have epilepsy. Partial light wavelength and frequency may cause sudden illness. Stop using it if you feel ill.
3. Patients with thyroid disease or taking thyroid medication should not use this product.
4. Don't exceed 18 minutes for each treatment session.
5. After each use, wipe with a cotton pad wherever it appears dirty.
6. Avoid contact with a corrosive solvent; otherwise, it will break the appearance or function.
7. Keep in a cool and dry place after use and avoid putting in direct sunlight.
8. Do not disassemble and attempt to open and repair the device.
9. Keep out of reach from children.
